Shipping, Exchange/Return

Are there any Shipping Charges?

  • Regular Shipping within India is FREE.
  • Regular free shipping takes 3-6 working days after dispatch.
  • Express BLUEDART Shipping is available at Checkout (Rs200 extra).
  • Express BLUEDART Shipping takes 1-3 working days after dispatch.
  • Connect with us on WhatsApp to have an Option of Express Shipping after placing an order.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING charged on actual basis at the time of checkout.
  • Customs and/or any Import duties, if applicable to be borne by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for any unknown delays in transit due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will always try to help you track your parcel and provide full support.

How long will it take for my Order to reach me?

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME

  • Regular Free Shipping – Within 8-10 working days.
  • Express Bluedart Shipping (rs200 Extra) – Within 3-5 working days.
  • Customised Orders (DESIGN/FABRIC CHANGE) will take 2-3 extra working days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Within 12-21 working days depending on the country.

PREPAID ORDERS ARE ALWAYS GIVEN PRIORITY.

COD orders CANNOT be delivered with Express Bluedart Shipping.

  • You will receive an email/WhatsApp message with the tracking details.

Is COD possible?

  • Cash on Delivery available at an extra delivery charge of Rs150.
  • Orders of value up to Rs3000 are ONLY eligible for COD.
  • Orders of value more than Rs3000 – Kindly reach us on Whatsapp. You may pay the partial amount and rest as COD.
  • COD orders can be customised also with an advance payment of Rs500 (Connect with us on WhatsApp).
  • GoodBye Sale products are not eligible for COD.

What are the payment options?

What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

  • Return/Exchange request can be placed within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return pickup will be generated (Rs100 charged), if you cannot send us the products.
  • Every pin code might not have return pickup service.
  • Once the product is picked up, Store Credit will be provided.
  • A flat fee of Rs100 will be charged for Returns/Exchange.
  • The amount of Store Credit will be the value of item sent back (after deducting the shipping charges and Rs100 for return/exchange).
  • Store Credit will remain valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • Please ensure that all the tags and labels are intact on the product.
  • Please ensure that the product is not worn by anyone.
  • The company holds the final authority to reject any claim, if conditions are unfulfilled.
  • Any Customisation Charges paid will NOT be refunded in any case.
  • Plus Size Garments are also eligible for return, but the extra charges for plus sizes are NOT refundable.
  • RETURN/EXCHANGE IS ONLY AGAINST STORE CREDIT.

What is NOT eligible for Return or Exchange?

  • CUSTOMISED ORDERS are NOT eligible for Return/Exchange.
  • GoodBye Sale products are NOT eligible for Return/Exchange.
  • Order created using the Store Credit is NOT eligible for Return/Exchange.
  • Orders once exchanged CANNOT be exchanged again.

What is the refund policy?

  • Refund is eligible ONLY in case of damaged products.
  • Irregularities in motifs and prints are sign of being handmade, hence are not defects.
  • Handmade fabrics are made in batches so every batch might have slight difference in colour, shade, print/ikat weave pattern.
  • Colour differences or misprints are NOT considered as damages.
  • Refund, if any will be done to your bank account only.

Is Cancellation possible?

  • No, Cancellation of PREPAID orders is not possible.
  • Cash On Delivery orders are confirmed twice (before processing and before dispatch)

What if my pincode is not serviceable for Pickup?

  • Not all pincodes are serviceable for pickup.
  • In this case, you have to send us the product.
  • Store credits will be provided after receiving the product.
  • If returned product is found to be used or tags/labels are removed, then return/exchange will be REJECTED.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
